This is a great advice. Getting abs would require more dedication, proper training, exercise, and most important proper diet.
I would like to have it but it requires commitment.
It is so nice to see those women have abs as well especially those who are doing action movies. They have firm muscles. And I think they put a lot of effort and discipline in their body in order for them to achieve what they are dreaming of.
