		<description>Body weight exercises are definitely a great way to improve overall strength.  Working out doesn&#039;t always have to be complicated.  In my opinion, a routine with pushups, pullups, and squats is all you need to get in great shape.</description>

		<description>Body weight exercises are pretty awesome. There&#039;s evidence that involving your entire body through a range of motion stimulates more muscle fibers and really gets the central nervous system engaged.

Plus, they&#039;re fun. I like to compare them to how kids play. Most kids, before they discover junk food, TV, and video games, are quite muscular and lean. It&#039;s because they&#039;re always doing body weight exercises!
