    You are right, the training and conditioning they go though is incredible. but i wonder what there body will be like in old age.

  3. Great post with great passion, as others have said. It can be hard to work diligently towards something, but as the video shows, it’s worth it.

  4. The stamina and conditioning that it takes to do what those guys do, is pure amazing.

  9. That is what I see most of the gym members are stripped off: the passion. To be a member of the gym just to think “you did something” to improve your life quality is wrong.

  10. They have amazing stamina. I can fight for like 2 minutes before becoming nackered!

    Amazing level of indurance. MMA rocks!

    Both MMA and the UFC involves rigorous training processes which also includes controlling one’s mind through contemplation.

    The training they get must be a murderer! It’s much more than fitness we know :) You need to be dedicated to a sport and feed your performence with passion. That is what I see most of the gym members are stripped off: the passion. To be a member of the gym just to think “you did something” to improve your life quality is wrong. Passionate peolple fulfill their goals fast and want to reach for another level. Eh…. too much talking, let’s get to work :)
